CSA Planning works on a variety of residential projects from small residential subdivisions to large high density projects and complex Planned Unit Developments. Our work on residential projects is tailored to the needs of the client and for the specific project. Some projects are complicated and the client wants us to take a “hands-on” approach to design and project layout as well as all the formal entitlement work. Other clients have a good sense of the layout they want and market they want to serve and we focus on the formal entitlement work and recommend design changes where the preliminary designs may not satisfy applicable regulatory requirements. Residential developments are often filed together with zone change applications to allow the desired residential densities for the project.
CSA has been involved in hundreds of residential projects over the years and we strive to add value to every project. We have excellent working knowledge of applicable infrastructure requirements and work closely with the clients and their project engineers. CSA seeks to achieve an appropriate balance between project obligations and municipal obligations for all our residential projects.
