Lilybrook Subdivision

CSA was engaged by Clyde Akins to obtain land use approval to create a 14-lot residential subdivision on a 1.64 acre property located in Southwest Medford. The request provides a viable redevelopment solution that integrates with the City’s adopted Circulation Plans for the area without the need for exceptions or variance. This project will provide housing opportunity for the regions workforce in the desirable SW Medford.
