CSA Planning Principal Jay Harland was project manager for the Rogue Valley Transportation District boundary study funded by ODOT TGM. CSA and REMI Northwest analyzed data, created detailed maps and built models for exploring new boundary scenarios and costs. The result was a final document made up of an executive summary, 10 technical memos and 30 maps. The technical work was reviewed by 20 people serving on the Technical Advisory and Citizen Advisory committees, as well as RVTD administrators and board members. The project culminated in an Open House June 9 at the Central Library in downtown Medford. Click below for the study and maps.
