CSA has numerous institutional clients for which we have managed a multitude of projects through our history. Institutional clients range from treatment centers, public utilities, churches, schools, universities, and credit unions. These clients often have special requirements because they tend to be very important to the communities in which they serve but they also tend to have large scales with the potential for localized impacts. This often creates tension in the land use regulatory process and we have proven strategies to assure our large institutional clients can meet their organizational objectives but in a manner that is sensitive to local concerns.
Large institutional clients often have significant real estate holdings in locations that cannot be reproduced and for which an entity cannot easily relocate. These conditions require sophisticated real estate strategies. CSA has extensive experience working with institutional executive teams and their board of directors to assure sound short, medium and long-range real estate strategies are place that will support the health of the organization.
