Bonaventure Senior Living

The Bonaventure Senior Living project involved a Comprehensive Plan Map amendment, zoning map amendment, site plan review and partition.  The project is expected to be finished in 2017.  Neighbors were concerned about the commercial zone change that was necessary to support the project and the potential for uses they may not have wanted to see in their neighborhood.  It is good to see the project coming to fruition and a senior living project that is consistent with the development concepts presented to the neighborhood.
