2Hawk Winery Permitting

CSA Planning was engaged to obtain a conditional use permit for commercial activities in conjunction with agriculture.  The processing facility was recently completed by S&B James Construction Management.  CSA worked closely with S&B James to ensure timely delivery of the processing facility in time for last fall’s grape harvest in time for the crush.   The project also involved coordination with Southern Oregon Transportation Engineering and Jackson County Roads for a left-turn lane on North Phoenix Road.
