CSA Planning conducted an analysis of performance of the Gateway EMX Bus Rapid Transit project in Eugene Springfield. The Analysis compared the observed operational performance of the system in relation to the performance projections contained in the Environmental Assessment for the project. This basic research was conducted as a technical report to inform dialogue on the future of LTD services in Eugene for the local business community.
