On February 16, 2016, The City of Eagle Point approved with conditions the Eagle Crest Overlook Subdivision.
The Application was for a Tentative Subdivision, Planned Development (via Conditional Use Permit) and Site Plan & Landscape Approval to subdivide and develop the property identified by the Jackson County Assessor as Map 361W11, Lot 1200 into 29 lots, 28 of which will be for detached single family homes, along with new public streets and sidewalks for access to the lots and stubbed for future possible extension to the west.
