The Department’s decision (File No. 439-20-00007-SIT) tentatively approves the following use(s) on the above-described property:
A Type 2 Land Use Permit amending a previously approved shopping center. The amendment is for Phase I and will replace a 21, 167 square foot retail building with a 3,260
square foot car wash facility.
