On September 24, 2020, the Jackson County Planning Commission approved the request of a 7.86 acre subject tract to be allowed a gross maximum density of 8 dwelling units per acre, or 62.88 dwelling units. Minimum density at 4-dwellings per acre Is 31.44 dwelling units. The proposal Is for a 46-Lot residential subdivision. The proposed 46 lots meet density requirements. Based on building envelope representations staff anticipates and applicant states development of a detached single family dwelling subdivision.
