On July 21, 2019, Medford Site Plan and Architectural Commission adopted a final order approvingĀ a master site plan for Rogue Community Health including a new two story general office buildings and shared parking areas on approximately 2 acres zoned C-S/P south of East Main Street between Myrtle Street and Portland Avenue.

The subject site was originally approved for the Rogue Community Health building located at 19 Myrtle Street. In 2011, the Site Plan and Architectural Commission approved a new 10,000 square foot building and associated parking. The overall site now under consideration is comprised of eight parcels with multiple owners of record with the City of Medford being one of the owners. The overall site encompasses multiple business including Rogue Community Health, Boldt Dental and Wellsprings Counseling.
