he subject site consists of four parcels totaling approximately 4.5 acres in size and has street frontages on Garfield Street to the north and South Pacific Highway to the west.
As can be seen on this aerial image, the site used to be occupied by a car dealership with a sales and service structure. All structures were demolished in 2019 and the site is now completely vacant. The site is bordered by a Pacific Power Substation to the northeast and the Habitat for Humanity Restore to the south. The Rogue Credit Union headquarters is situated just north of this site across Garfield Street.
