St. Mary’s, herewith requested approval to adjust the common property lines between two discrete tracts of land described together on the Assessor’s Township 37 South, Range 1 West, Section 32AA Plat Map as Tax Lot 400. Both properties are zoned SFR-4. The Archdiocese of Portland purchased two tracts from Ralph and Lulu Pierce in 1957 that were created by deed for the purchase.
Tract 1 includes the eastern one-quarter of Tax Lot 400 and contains most of the school buildings. Tract 2 includes the western three-quarters of Tax Lot 400. Larson Creek bisects Tract 2. Currently several of the existing school buildings overlap the property line between the tracts.
Prior to the adjustment, Tract 1 had approximately 3.90 acres and Tract 2 contains approximately 19.46 acres. Following the adjustment, Tract 2 was be decreased by 18.16 acres, to approximately 1.6 acres and Tract 1 was increase to approximately 21.76 acres.
