Wagner Meters Property

On March 8, 2017, the Medford City Council adopted Jackson County Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 2017-6 amending a Zoning Map to modify the list of permissible uses allowed in the Rural Limited Industrial zoning district on a 2.9 acre property described as Township 35 South, Range 4 West, Section 21, Tax Lot 1801, located at 328 Pine Grove Road, Rogue River.  This approval allowed for the expanded uses at the Wagner Meters facility.
