CSA Planning worked with the design team of Straus and Seibert Architecture and Sink Combs Dethlefs on the construction project of McNeal Pavilion. The project adds a student recreation center as well as the reconstruction of the competition athletic facilities. The project required compliance with the SOU Master Plan and a conditional use permit for certain aspects of the design.
